A number of pilot site visits to Gateshead College and its Skills Academy for Sustainable Manufacturing and Innovation (SASMI) facility in Sunderland (United Kingdom) have been organised as part of a series of stakeholder visits between August and December 2017.

During these visits an overview on the ELSA consortium was provided together with a live demonstration of the ELSA B4B system and an explanation as to the demonstrations taking place across Europe at other pilot sites. Information material on ELSA has been handed-out. 

The site visits were related to nationally funded networks fostering innovation with consumers, industry, academia and, energy managers.
